Who can see your records
Only you have access to your studio records. Your data is used strictly for internal studio management.
What we store
Your account email, studio settings, students, timetable, lesson summaries, audio clips you record, and the payment records you enter manually.
No bank connections
MusicTeachingPal never connects to your bank account and does not process lesson payments. Payment records are logged manually by you.
Parents and lesson links
Parents view Lesson Summaries through private, unguessable links. They never see balances, contact details or other students.
No third-party access
We do not sell or share your studio data. There is no third-party audit access to your records.
Your data, your choice
Export your students and timetable at any time from Settings. Email support to have your account and data deleted.
